Cybelock warrants its hardware against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. This covers the lockbox mechanism, electronics and BLE module.
Cybelock devices carry a 24-month limited warranty from the date of purchase. The Gateway and accessories carry a 12-month warranty.
Contact sales@cybelock.com with your order number and a description of the issue. Keep your proof of purchase — it is required to validate the warranty.
Where a valid defect is confirmed, Cybelock will, at its option, repair or replace the affected product. Replacement parts may be new or refurbished and equivalent in performance.
