Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.
You will receive an email confirmation with your order details once your order has been placed, and a second email with tracking once it ships.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight and the service selected. Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide and are not guaranteed.
We ship to most countries. International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes and fees levied by the destination country; these are the responsibility of the recipient.
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active.
Cybelock is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs or events beyond our control. If your package is lost or significantly delayed, contact us and we will help resolve it with the carrier.
