You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your Cybelock order. After 30 days we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Email sales@cybelock.com with your order number and reason for return. We will issue a return authorization and instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Custom-configured enterprise hardware, clearance items and gift cards are non-returnable. Defective items are covered under our Warranty Policy.
